Race To The Lake
Get ready for the adventure of the summer — inspired by The Amazing Race, this action-packed event will push you and your team of three to the limit! You'll compete in a thrilling challenge across 10 unique stops, each testing your mental sharpness, physical strength, and most importantly, teamwork. Think you’ve got what it takes to land in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place? Well, get ready, because yes — there will be prizes!
Expect twists, turns, and surprise challenges that will keep you on your toes. This isn’t just a walk in the park — it’s a full-on race where every clue counts and every team decision could be the one that wins it all (or slows you down!). Choose your teammates wisely — this is all hands on deck as long as you're from the ages of 14-22, but that rule can be bent if needed! You’ll need brains and brawn. And most of all — a will to win.

Who: This event is for ages 14-22
This event will begin at the Emmaus Crossroads building and all participants will be shuttled to Detroit Lake where the race will take place. Inspired by The Amazing Race (on t.v.) participants will receive clues to finish a task. These tasks will be at various locations within the proximity of the lake and downtown areas. Participants will walk/run to these various locations. When the event finishes all participants will be shuttled back to Emmaus.

Sunscreen
Appropriate shoes (lots of walking, and maybe some running!)
You may get wet!
